How long will it take for me to get my items?
From the moment you place your order, there are two steps that commence:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and postal service process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
Shipping time: These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products.

What happens if I order more than one item?
Some items will arrive together, while others may arrive separately.
Can I return my items?
Due to products being made to order, we do not accept returns or size/color exchanges.
If your order is returned due to carrier error or an invalid address, we will offer to reship the order. If your products arrive damaged or defective, you can either request a replacement or ask for a refund within 30 days of product delivery. Photographic proof may be required. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt of return.
Claims regarding orders that haven’t been received must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery timeframe.
Will I have to pay customs on my items?
This varies from country to country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may arise.
